Responsibilities include full life-cycle recruiting. The intern must be able to identify, interview and place high volumes of talent by utilizing creative sourcing methods, recruitment research techniques, including; networking, referrals, direct recruiting and web-based methods. We are seeking a Recruiting intern with a strong ability to find passive candidates. Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager about the work that needs to be completed. Must be able to exercise discretion and latitude in completing tasks.
