Welcome to Student Employment at Earlham!

Every year over half of the student body works on campus. Student jobs are available in a wide variety of departments and offer you the opportunity to gain valuable transferable skills that prepare you for the future. We are here to help you in a variety of ways:

  • Help Earlham students find on- and off-campus work-study jobs.
  • Help faculty and staff as well as local employers hire Earlham students.
  • Provide guidance and resources for students and their supervisors.
