Senior Director of Off-Campus Programs

Jennifer Lewis manages Earlham’s off-campus study programs and Epic Advantage Faculty-Led Summer Programs. She also teaches a public speaking course and has served as a faculty leader for August Wilderness and the Camino de Santiago May Term. Jennifer earned her M.A. in communication studies with an emphasis in rhetorical theory and criticism from the University of Montana and her B.A. in communication and conflict resolution from Juniata College. During her junior year of high school, she studied abroad for a year in Quito, Ecuador through the Rotary Youth Exchange.

Jennifer is passionate about the ways in which the transformative opportunities provided by the Center for Global Education empower students to learn about the world and themselves. She values the role she plays in assisting students to discern how to apply their Epic Journey toward a satisfying vocation and meaningful life beyond Earlham.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, running and walking with friends, volunteering in the community, cooking, and reading.
